The general terms and conditions of the Obuća Vesna online store are defined by the terms of purchase and sale of products (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”). The general terms and conditions of the online store are established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The online store is an information system intended for presenting and selling products to consumers. It is managed by “Obuća VESNA.” A user is a person who utilizes this system, i.e., a consumer in the online store.

DELIVERY METHODS

The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer by shipping them via courier service. The Consumer bears the delivery costs, as specified in the current price list of the courier service at the time the order is placed.

PAYMENT METHOD

The Consumer pays for the goods upon delivery (cash on delivery). By pressing the CONFIRM button when creating an order, the Consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods.
The Consumer will be notified of the delivery time by the courier service via telephone.
The delivery period begins on the next working day after the order is placed. For goods purchased via the online store, the delivery period is between 5 and 10 (five) days from the date the order is received by the Consumer.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Goods are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

PRICES IN THE VESNA ONLINE STORE

All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD), inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices unless otherwise stated (e.g., during promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of order creation and remain effective for the subsequent period.
The listed prices apply only to purchases made in the online store and may differ from the prices in the Seller’s retail outlets.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

If the Consumer wishes to cancel their purchase, they may contact us via email or phone.
The Consumer is solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
If the goods are damaged or sent in error, we will cover the delivery costs.
For all product exchanges, requests are accepted within 15 days, and the Consumer bears the delivery costs.

COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES

Consumers can submit complaints, grievances, or objections by:

The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days and inform the Consumer about the duration of the review process. The Seller will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice to its Consumers. Consumers can verify the currently applicable terms when placing an order.
